Data is rapidly expanding and contributing to enhancements in the passenger experience for many passengers each month. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing key data sets and providing insights across various marketing channels, including customer marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, social media, performance marketing, and paid media. You will work closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver comprehensive campaign reporting and insights.

Your role will involve:

  • Managing and optimising marketing data feeds from various internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Identifying and sourcing relevant data from CRM systems, loyalty programs, social media platforms, performance marketing tools, and paid media channels.
  • Developing and maintaining regular and ad-hoc reports to track key marketing metrics across multiple channels (CRM, loyalty, social media, marketing campaigns, performance marketing, paid media).
  • Analysing marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal colleagues and external partners to identify opportunities to improve data processes and enhance the efficiency of data-driven decision-making.
  • Staying updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to marketing data analysis and performance optimisation.

These Skills Are Essential:

  • Professional experience in Marketing Analytics, Business, Data Science or related field.
  • Strong experience in a data analytics role with one or more specialisms across CRM, loyalty programs, social media analytics tools, paid media platforms and performance marketing data.
  • Proactive attitude with the enthusiasm and ability to work with large datasets to drive significant benefits through actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business stakeholders through well-reasoned insight to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualisation best practices.
  • Experience of at least one of the common data science coding languages – Python, R, or their derivatives.
