Salesforce Marketing and Analytics Manager, Commercial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated analytics professional to join our global Commercial Operations team. This individual will play a key role in enhancing and streamlining data-driven practices across the organization, with a particular focus on sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  1. Drive the relationship between Commercial Operations and the global marketing team with respect to analytics delivery, Marketing Cloud implementation, Salesforce ecosystem enhancements, and best practices.
  2. Identify gaps in sales and marketing ecosystems and work with technical teams and business colleagues to plan, develop, test, and deploy solutions aimed at enhancing revenue growth and acceleration.
  3. Collaborate with diverse business stakeholders to understand strategic goals, identify and define workstreams, and coordinate with service providers to outline work breakdowns, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  4. Support in the development of a global pipeline analysis, forecasting, and reporting initiative including contextualizing the data for business leadership.
  5. Manage and drive Salesforce-centered sales and marketing projects with analytics focus.
  6. Interpret marketing, sales, and revenue data to inform strategic decisions at both executive and specific service line levels.
  7. Implement intricate marketing attribution process to facilitate comprehensive reporting on Kroll customer journeys and projected outcomes.
  8. Maintain an in-depth understanding of how the marketing customer journey can impact sales outcomes and drive revenue.
  9. Collaborate with team members focused on Salesforce evolution, training and adoption, data management, and system administration.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience delivering marketing, sales, and revenue analysis to senior stakeholders, with a focus on actionable insights.
  2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) in a B2B environment.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Analytics Builder.
  4. Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud Administrator or Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification preferred.
  5. Familiarity with Agentforce or other AI platforms, including terminology and potential use cases, strongly preferred.
  6. Experience in Salesforce Data Cloud strongly preferred.
  7. Proven expertise in campaign management, email marketing, marketing ROI analysis, lead management, and routing.
  8. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, paid search, and social media strategy.
  9. Familiarity with data privacy rules (GDPR etc.) and their marketing implications.
  10. Experience in digital strategy and sales/marketing transformation.
  11. Proficiency in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  12. Proficiency in Excel for marketing analytics and reporting, including campaign performance tracking and data manipulation.
  13. Proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing structured data across databases or marketing platforms preferred.
  14. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  15. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
