The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner is to be the overall recruitment partner to specific assigned requisitions within Lumentum across EMEA. The Senior Recruiter shall play an active role in engaging hiring managers with their staffing needs and directing the appropriate sourcing strategies for each requisition.
Major Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process for assigned requisitions.
- Formulate sourcing strategies for each requisition and develop various sourcing channels, including agencies, job boards, industry referrals, and cold calling.
- Manage recruitment agencies and partners for respective requisition.
- Meet with Hiring Managers to discuss recruitment needs.
- Negotiate and administer offers to shortlisted candidates.
- Lead in job fairs and campus recruitment where necessary.
- Participate in staffing-related programs in EMEA.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform HR operations-related matters if necessary.
- Follow Lumentum processes as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role.
- Experience with using recruitment applications like Workday is advantageous.
- Strong communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Good understanding of local employment laws.
- A self-leader and team player to partner with various internal departments and team members.
- Strategic-minded with the ability to understand current issues and provide work-around solutions, thereby improving overall recruitment function in the region.
