Headhunting candidates – understanding candidates\’ career ambitions, skills and experience Understand client needs and provide tailored executive search solutions. Manage every step of the hiring process, from candidate interviews to post-hire follow-ups. Source and shortlist the best talent for our clients. Negotiate offers and help guide both clients and candidates through the entire recruitment process. Interviewing and working with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position. Building cutting-edge databases, to continually position G&E Partners as a market leader in your specialised markets. Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
