We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Expert Company Lawyer to provide legal expertise and guidance on matters related to companies owned by local authorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on Teckal arrangements, control aspects, members' agreements, funding, and governance structures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on Teckal arrangements (i.e., the exemption for local authority-controlled companies under procurement law), ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework and advising on the control aspects of these companies.
