We are partnering with a market-leading digital platform business to recruit an outstanding Regional Sales Director to manage a team of 6-8 Account Managers across the South West of the UK. Key Skills & Experience:
- Regional Sales Director or Regional Manager background in Media, Advertising, SaaS, Digital, Tech or Professional Services.
- Strong experience in people management, coaching, and structured performance development.
- Confident working with KPIs, sales targets, and performance data to influence outcomes.
- A natural mentor – someone who can build trust, inspire, and drive results through others.
- Able to think both tactically and strategically to enhance team performance and customer value.
