King is looking for a talented, strategic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to join the Brand Communications team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a pivotal role within the Marketing organisation, designed to support and shape the creative vision for our brand campaigns across PR, social media, and creator partnerships.
Your role within our Kingdom:
We are looking for a bold, strategic thinker to drive the creative direction of integrated brand communications that inspire players and connect our brand to culture. Focused on social, PR, creator and brand activities, you’ll ensure every brand touchpoint tells a compelling, cohesive story. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Marketing, the Marketing Studio, Content Experience, Integrated Planning and external partners—you’ll help bring our brand to life through high-impact, multi-channel campaigns and culturally relevant storytelling.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and lead the creative direction for brand communications, overseeing campaign execution across social, PR, creator marketing and CRM channels.
- Work alongside the Brand Communications team to craft channel-specific strategies that bring the brand to life and reflect our values, personality, and tone of voice.
- Guide internal and external creative teams to ensure content meets high creative standards and is aligned to our brand identity.
- Collaborate with the Content Experience team to align messaging and storytelling across touchpoints.
- Support Associate Brand Creative Director with the brand strategy, look book, tone of voice and brand design style.
- Lead creative ideation and execution for major brand activations and high impact campaigns, integrating paid, social, PR, creator and CRM to drive cultural resonance and player engagement.
- Work closely with media and performance teams to develop a comms plan to be delivered through the marketing funnel.
- Manage campaign budgets with attention to detail and forward planning and ensure constant tracking of budgets across the campaign and team.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across Consumer Marketing, Product Marketing and Marketing Studio to ensure seamless execution of marketing communications plans.
- Monitor campaign and content performance to extract insights and continuously evolve creative strategies.
- Keep up to date with cultural trends, audience behaviours and platform innovations to ensure we remain creatively ahead of the curve.

You are a creative leader and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and bringing brands to life across multiple channels. You should also have:
- Significant experience in brand marketing, creative communications or integrated marketing roles within consumer tech, media or entertainment sectors.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional campaigns that span social, PR, creator and paid channels.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and cultural trends, with experience developing channel-first storytelling strategies.
- Experience managing and inspiring external creative and production agencies or partners.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and timelines.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a creative eye for high-quality content.
- Excellent creative and strategic instincts driven by the desire to make great work, creatively ambitious, and proven experience of working effectively within an organisation to get outstanding creative results.
- Proven experience in high level campaigns including large scale productions covering many different channels.
- Understanding of performance measurement and how insights inform creative strategy.
- Experience working within matrixed or global organisations is a plus.
