About LEGO Certified Stores (LCS): Fully branded LEGO Stores operated by our global Partners, aiming to reach 1,000 stores by 2026. As a Retail Analyst, you will develop retail capabilities and help make LEGO Branded Stores the ultimate shopping experience for our customers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Location Planning, Analytics & Insights teams, and Channel Leads worldwide to provide insights supporting store network decisions.
  • Analyze store performance data, identify trends, and understand commercial implications.
  • Support development and implementation of the Store Location Planning Model, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
  • Manage performance dashboards and optimize data sets with Analytics & Insights teams.
  • Assist in strategic initiatives like Store Portfolio Segmentation, Trade Investments, and Store Estate Optimization.
  • Create reporting solutions to identify opportunities and support sales growth.
  • Contribute to the commercial strategy process and align global branded channels.

Who You Are

  • Experience in retail or franchise sales, with understanding of merchandising, finance, logistics, and store operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Skilled in analyzing store performance data and deriving insights.
  • Knowledge of retail location planning techniques and models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
