The Role: As a Senior Android Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and developing AI features on the Android end. You'll collaborate closely with a team of talented engineers and researchers to go beyond what's possible in mobile AI. You’ll work in a brand new research and development team to push the boundaries of our products and solve some of today’s most exciting challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage LLMs to build transformative experiences across our Android ecosystem
- Ideate, build and iterate quickly on projects that span speech recognition, sound and image generation, behavioural understanding and data collection at scale
- Optimise our systems performance and closely monitor the impact on users end-to-end experience
- Drive new features from prototype to production by collaborating closely with designers and other engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, software engineering, or related fields, with proven experience of hands-on development
- Have worked as an Android Engineer in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Passion for the architecture and principles of the Android system
