Your future role within QRT

• Join a growing technology team focused on building strategic risk and P&L systems.
• Contribute to the buildout of a modern, scalable platform that supports global trading and risk operations.
• Integrate with analytics models for trading and risk calculations.
• Gain exposure to broader QRT Technology services including Cloud, Security, Data management, Order & Trade Management services.
• Work closely with Risk Managers, Quants, Quantitative Developers, Traders, Operations, and other Software Engineers across the firm.
• Work primarily in Kotlin using Test Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Contribute to the firm’s broader technology initiatives involving Cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and modern DevOps tooling.
• 3 – 5 years experience as a software developer.
• Solid programming skills in Java or Kotlin, with a strong emphasis on clean code and testing.
• Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Background in financial services is a plus but not essential.
• Comfortable working in collaborative and cross-functional teams.
