Role Description: As a Block Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our current portfolio, with exciting plans to expand over the next year. This is an opportunity to join us on the cusp of significant growth and be instrumental in preparing for these upcoming developments.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties including maintenance and financial management.
  • Oversee a diverse range of properties, including grade 2 listed buildings and involvement in cladding remediation projects.
  • Work closely with our team and external partners to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Complete S20 consultation, setting of service charge budgets, etc.

Requirements:

  • A couple of years of experience working in the block management industry.
  • Experience managing a variety of buildings is preferred.
  • Willingness to grow and develop within a fast-paced, expanding company.
  • A stable CV demonstrating commitment and progression.
  • Strong knowledge of the Liverpool area is highly desirable.
