I am seeking an experienced Reward Consultant to join our team on a contractor basis for approximately 9 months. This role is pivotal in reviewing and enhancing our reward philosophy and incentive schemes to ensure they align with our organisational goals and remain competitive in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of current reward and incentive frameworks.
- Collaborate with management and remuneration advisors to evaluate and restructure reward systems.
