Email marketing Assistant

As a Email marketing Assistant your role is focused on driving and executing impactful email marketing campaigns and to strengthen customer relationships. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities of this Email marketing Assistant:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and management of the email and mobile app calendar, coordinating with internal teams to support business objectives.
• Lead the briefing process, including creative development, audience segmentation, scheduling, and delivery for all email and mobile app campaigns.
• Take responsibility for briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all automated lifecycle campaigns.
• Continuously implement and evaluate testing strategies to optimise CRM communications and improve engagement.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the email service provider, ensuring the platform is fully utilised.
• Stay current with industry developments and emerging trends in email and CRM marketing.

Key qualifications required for this Email marketing Assistant:

• 1 year + experience in a CRM, E-mail marketing or digital marketing executive.
• Comfortable with data analysis, segmentation, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
• Experience in working with a email service provider, data analysis and segmentation would be a plus
