The work is almost always cross border, acting for both claimants and defendants and will often include advising on freezing orders and other interim injunctions.

Associates are encouraged to roll up their sleeves and take on responsibility from the get-go and they are guaranteed to gain significant court experience; attending multiple hearings a year.

This role would suit a bright lawyer (1PQE+) who is passionate about Civil Fraud (not regulatory or criminal investigations) and is looking to join a friendly and supportive practice, which has ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will have gained relevant experience from a recognised firm for Civil Fraud, as well as have a strong academic record.
