As an E-Commerce Account Executive, you will attract, retain, and grow a portfolio of fast-paced customer accounts, with the geographical location of the customer portfolio to be confirmed/agreed with the successful applicant. Reporting directly to the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business by networking in the local market to identify potential opportunities while also taking accountability for the retention and growth of your own portfolio of accounts.
Providing a critical link between customers and our business, you will develop effective partnerships to ensure that relevant information is provided and our customers receive appropriate service for their business. This role is primarily field-based, connecting with new and prospective customers daily, with some time based at your local office to make those all-important sales calls.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong negotiation skills along with the drive and enthusiasm to deliver results.
- Resilience to maintain momentum in a highly competitive, fast-paced market.
- A proven track record of achieving new business sales with some account retention and development experience.
- A good understanding of B2C Sales and the E-Commerce sector.
