As our new Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with various corporate clients, identifying and qualifying opportunities for revenue growth, and expanding services for both our clients and Crayon. Your role will involve prospecting for new customers, as well as focusing on the growth of existing accounts.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Positioning yourself within the market and effectively selling our range of managed services offerings
  • Managing and developing our current customer base with a focus on the growth of new customer contacts
  • Establishing solid relationships with C-level executives while driving the sales of our service and vendor offerings
  • Up-selling and cross-selling across the entire Crayon services portfolio into existing and new customer accounts
  • Developing and executing a new business strategy that is directly targeted into customer verticals
  • Experience in IT sector business operations within multi-cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or similar platforms, and have completed commercial training and have a solid understanding of our services
  • A solid understanding or experience in software licensing with leading market vendors as well as cloud technologies
  • Prior experience in selling managed services
  • Experience selling into the UK Corporate space

  • You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • You assume full ownership and accountability for performance and customer relationships
