We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager to drive the sales and distribution of multiple baby brands backed by BBC Dragon’s Den investor Touker Suleyman, reporting directly to the GM/Head of Brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, managing key retail and distribution partnerships, and expanding our brand presence across Europe and ROW.

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage relationships with existing accounts across Europe, Asia and Middle East while expanding into new territories.
  • Identify and onboard high-quality retail and distribution partners.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow revenue across all international markets.
  • Drive sell-in and sell-through performance, ensuring brand growth across all channels.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional plans with partners.
  • Attend trade shows and distributor meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.

Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Ensure the brand is positioned correctly in high to mid-end retail spaces.
  • Work closely with marketing teams and retailers to develop promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
  • Collaborate on digital and influencer marketing strategies that align with regional trends.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer insights to refine the brand’s retail approach.

Distribution & Operations

  • Oversee the logistics and distribution strategy, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
  • Work closely with distributors to optimize stock levels, pricing, and product placement.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to partners worldwide.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Drive sales strategy across international markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Manage individual targets and budgets for all accounts to maintain consistent growth.

Other

  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and promotional strategies.
  • Manage and maintain the IP protection platform (Red Points) to safeguard brand integrity.
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for the Amazon advertising account, ensuring that e-commerce growth supports broader brand goals.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the kids' goods, fashion, toys, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong network within high to mid-end European retail and distribution markets.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation and account management skills.
  • Experience working across multiple markets and adapting strategies to local consumer trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
