A new vacancy for a Quality Management Systems Auditor (Construction Manufacturing) with a leading provider of test, assessment & approval services for the Construction industry. Home-based in the West Midlands area, the Quality Management Systems Auditor will conduct regular site assessments of Construction Product Manufacturing sites in the Midlands and West of England, with a particular focus on Management Systems against one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001.
Full induction training will be provided in the company's auditing procedures, with additional training available as required (including 6-12 month development plans and mentoring).
About You: The company is looking for a Quality Management Systems Auditor excited about excellence and playing a critical part in the business' focus on serving its customers better. You must be comfortable working in a structured environment, with the ability to adapt when necessary. You should be able to work independently or as part of a team, and be confident to suggest improvements to work more efficiently when required.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Complete concise technical reports.
- Assess and review the effectiveness of:
- Quality Management Systems against ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards
- Manufacture and production of approved products
- Existing site installations or installations in progress to assess durability
- Factory Production Control or EN 1090 structural steel production (training can be provided)
Desired Skills and Technical Expertise:

- Results orientated.
- Auditing and Installation techniques with an IRCA recognised ISO qualification (to 9001, 14001 or 45001 standards)
- Knowledge of Construction Product Manufacturing processes and/or Construction industry.
