We are working with a prominent asset management firm with a specialist focus on delivering flexible capital solutions to grow businesses, industries, and markets. As one of Europe's leading private debt managers with a growing institutional investor base, the team is looking to hire a technically minded Investor Relations Analyst or Associate to contribute to their exponential growth.
What the job involves
- Reporting to the Head of the team and supporting all aspects of IR.
- Preparing marketing materials such as investor presentations, private placement memorandums, pitchbooks, PPMs, RFPs, and DDQs.
- Conducting market and competitor research.
- Carrying out bespoke quarterly investor reporting and preparing audit requests as well as portfolio data analysis.
- Responding to ad-hoc client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the creation of content for investor-related events such as AGMs, LPACs, and quarterly calls.
- Working on technology development and acting as CRM platform manager.
Who we are looking for
- Strong academic background with previous experience in investor relations, placement agent, or asset management.
- Knowledge of or exposure to private markets is beneficial, but not required.
- Good financial acumen, able to disseminate complex data into investor-friendly content.
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity.
