We are looking for a C Suite leader - with appetite for appointment as Deputy CEO. A great career progression opportunity. It sits within a 2-year succession plan. This leadership appointment will help to lead a well-known and diversified business.

Basic discussions range £300k to £325k pa with benefits and remote working. The successor will have substantive responsibilities and objectives which are closely tied to strategic and operational success. They will provide a platform for proving abilities and will themselves give rise to a clear sense of timetable for ascending to the top job.
