The Project:
£15m conversion/refurbishment of 2 listed Georgian townhouses in Victoria. Works include: basement dig, structural reconfiguration, façade retention, refurbishment of external mews, and full bespoke luxury fit-out.
In Return:
- A base salary of up to £70k.
- Bonus scheme of 15% of salary, based on KPIs (not upon project completion), paid every 6 months.
