The Company:

Established 12 years ago, the business quickly became one of the main players in the Surrey Prime Residential market and has since made a huge impact in London. Now with a hub in Victoria, they manage projects valuing between £5m-£20m in London's Prime postcodes, offering refurbishment works ranging from bespoke luxury fit-outs to basement digs and structural alterations.

The Project:

£15m conversion/refurbishment of 2 listed Georgian townhouses in Victoria. Works include: basement dig, structural reconfiguration, façade retention, refurbishment of external mews, and full bespoke luxury fit-out.

In Return:

  • A base salary of up to £70k.
  • Bonus scheme of 15% of salary, based on KPIs (not upon project completion), paid every 6 months.
