We are hiring for a Store Manager to join our new store opening in Leeds. Please note: this is a new store opening at the Trinity Centre, Leeds. There will be an established team in place, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in our front-end Retail staff.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing your designated store's daily operations. You will be able to develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and have the ability to market programs in ways that will increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

We invest in our training and development and this role will be no different. Our aim is to continue to build and create an environment where our employees can achieve, develop, and progress. You will be supported in your journey, and we will celebrate with you, every step of the way. Regular 1-2-1's, training, and support will be available but most importantly, you will be given all the tools to help you thrive and feel empowered on your journey with us.

About you:

  • The successful candidate must have passion for Fashion Retail and our company ethos
  • You will have ideally worked previously in Fashion Retail
  • Previous managerial experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing, motivating and training a team
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Efficient and highly organised with a customer focused attitude
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the industry
