Hourly Rate £14 - £15 Opportunity
We are recruiting for a HR Officer to join a lovely, friendly team covering a maternity leave. This role is working 36 hours per week, 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties
- Be responsible for the advertising of vacancies internally and externally liaising with relevant agencies as required
- Be responsible for all administrative aspects of the recruitment and selection process, provide advice and guidance on job descriptions, process applications, respond to enquiries from prospective applicants and set up interviews
- Responsible for recruitment and maintaining application data and generate reports as required.
- Process documentation relating to staff joining, such as, employment offers, completing pre-employment checks, DBS checks, issuing contracts
- Setting new staff up on databases, processing payroll documentation, conducting inductions, providing guidance on pension options, issuing new starter booklets
- Deal with general enquiries regarding salary payments
- Maintain HR database
- Assist with confidential files related to disciplinary, incapability, grievances etc

- Previous relevant HR office and administrative experience
- Recruitment experience
