Responsible for continuous improvement based on customer insights, market trends, and data analysis.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

What you’ll do:
- Define objectives, user stories, sprint planning, and participate in agile ceremonies with Product Managers and Engineering teams
- Coordinate with UX designers to develop user journeys and designs; work with development teams to specify technical details; collaborate with QA, testing, and release teams to ensure high-quality, bug-free features
- Own the app's customer experience by analyzing key in-app metrics and ensuring the backlog aligns with KPIs
- Collaborate with Commercial and Brand teams to inform and prioritize roadmaps, balancing time-to-market, scope, business needs, and risks
