The Zenith Dental Clinic is excited to offer the position of a Dental Business/ Practice Manager. The Zenith Dental Clinic specialises in cosmetic treatments spanning from teeth whitening to Invisalign, implants and mouth reconstructions.
We are seeking dynamic and driven individual, who has experience of growing and running a high-end luxury private dental clinic, to support and manage the dental clinic.
*Full Time: Salary between £33k- 35k plus bonus*
This is a unique opportunity to join a vibrant and caring team in a position that allows you to grow and develop your skills. You will have a pivotal role in recruitment, management, daily operations, CQC management as well as business development. We have earmarked our growth areas and have already secured clinical rooms for further expansion.
Main Purpose of Role & Skill Set Requirement
The practice has focus on cosmetic dentistry, in which the individual patient and the dentist together create custom and specialised treatment plan for the individual’s needs and goals to ensure a long and healthy smile. We pride ourselves in providing the best technology and materials to provide a high quality service.
Role Purpose
- Dental Business/Practice Manager to grow the clinic
- Build the vision and brand message for the practice and deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
- Lead a resolute team with the day to day running and management of the practice, both clinical and non-clinical.
- Maximise efficiencies and control budgets (including profit and loss)
- Excellent working relationships with clinicians, suppliers, and other contractors.
- Treatment coordination and planning
- Recruitment, onboarding, and people management of practice staff such as identifying staff development and training needs.
- Regular team meetings and staff performance reviews.
- Provide support and direction to enhance performance, skills, and knowledge of practice staff.
- Maintenance and marketing of the practice within set budgets.
- Be the registered CQC Manager and adhere to all compliance standards
- Consult patients to increase revenue
- Any other ad hoc responsibilities as reasonably requested.

· Minimum 2 years Treatment Coordinator experience.
· Excellent people management and leadership skills.
· Full understanding of CQC requirements.
· Numerate and IT competent.
