As the Building Manager, you will oversee a large, multi–tenanted office building in Central London, spanning over 100,000 sq ft. The building has recently achieved practical completion and will soon be occupied by a sole corporate tenant. You will play a key role in managing a major fit–out project over the coming months.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and maintaining accurate statutory compliance records
- Acting as a key liaison for both the incoming occupier and client, addressing any issues that arise
- Managing hard and soft service contracts, including M&E, cleaning, security, and pest control
- Overseeing the fit–out works in collaboration with contractors and the tenant
- Completing snagging and defect reports to ensure quality standards are met
We are keen to speak with experienced Building or Facilities Managers who have previously managed sizeable assets and are available to start immediately. Due to the project–focused nature of the role, prior experience managing large–scale fit–outs is essential, along with a solid understanding of hard services.
