The Role
We are seeking a Delivery Management Lead to ensure top-tier service delivery to our customers. You will lead and inspire our team of experts, working closely with systems, software, and networked devices to align solutions with evolving business needs. Your role involves fostering strong customer relationships, collaborating with Delivery Partners, and supporting field engineers and specialists to deliver effective IT services. You will troubleshoot incidents, problems, and escalations to maintain system smoothness and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs, you will co-create and maintain reliable systems, shaping our technological landscape. The ideal candidate will understand customer satisfaction metrics and strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Who You Are
You bring at least 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams, with strong knowledge of IT services, managed platforms, and vendors. You are skilled in incident, problem, and change management, and have experience working with SREs and automation tools like AIOps. You possess advanced ServiceNow expertise, experience with virtual agents, and a strong understanding of Microsoft products. You are proactive in exploring new technologies, data analysis, and improving customer satisfaction and experience strategies. Willingness to travel is required.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with multi-geo Service Desks, automation based on call drivers, technical documentation, ITIL practices, and knowledge management modules.
- Certifications like Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL are preferred.
