Your Purpose

The On Trade is one of the most vibrant and energetic industries in the UK. Made up of pubs, bars, restaurants, and night clubs, it provides great careers to a diverse workforce that loves hospitality and is known for enjoying themselves while working hard to deliver great consumer experiences. As part of the South sales team, you will use your relationship skills to build long-term partnerships. This isn’t a hard-core sales environment, making quick sales before moving on. You will be embedded in one of our successful sales teams operating in one of our key regions.
The role is customer-facing; we use technology to drive efficiency but do our business in person. You will spend your time visiting all types of On Trade outlets, each with a slightly different need and opportunity. 9 to 5 working out of the same office each day is different; you will help to identify the opportunities and manage your own diary.
About You
