Associate Director - Healthcare Research

With offices in the UK and the US, this company is shaping the future of healthcare research, focusing on areas like Oncology, Immunology, and Cardiovascular. As an Associate Director, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, driving impactful projects and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will: Lead and deliver high-quality market research. Manage and grow your own client portfolio. Analyse and synthesise complex data to uncover actionable insights. Mentor and train junior team members. Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they come to you with new RFPs. The ideal candidate will: Have 6+ years’ experience in healthcare market research or a similar field. Be commercially savvy, with a keen eye for client growth. Have experience in running qualitative research projects from end to end. Experience with quant methods is a bonus.
