We are looking for a Compliance Contract recruiter who has experience working in the London market to lead us within Compliance & Financial Crime contract recruitment across the London & European markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has been successful in building out a Compliance Contract desk and is looking to join a growing team with the view of stepping up and leading the Compliance & legal contracts team firstly as a Team Leader & then as a Manager.
We are looking for a specialist Compliance / Financial Crime Recruiter to join a well-established contract team within our London office. You will be placing Financial Crime specialists including KYC, AML, Financial Crime Manager, Compliance Manager, MLRO, and Head of Compliance into clients across Banking, Fintech, Asset Management & Insurance. We have an excellent Compliance & Governance set up here with Morgan McKinley so you will be able to leverage some great relationships and work with many of the top clients in the sector. This is a full 360 recruitment role, where you will be both candidate & client-facing. You will be provided with the support of an experienced management team working alongside you.

Requirements:
- Experience working within a fast-paced recruitment team ideally working within Compliance
- Knowledge of Contract recruitment and understanding of IR35
- Experience working within a Full 360 Recruitment capacity
- Good Business Development skills
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Hard-working and strong team player attitude
- Previous UK experience is ideal
- Must have the Right to work in the UK
