The Analyst Team are EDITED super users. A unique role within the industry, we combine EDITED's unrivalled competitive data set with the current zeitgeist to provide retailers with recommendations to help them invest in the right product, right messaging, contextualize industry shifts, and react quickly. You’ll become a true product expert. This means understanding every feature of EDITED and the methodology behind it - you’ll have the opportunity to work across genders and regions, and use your expertise to work cross-functionally across the business. The successful candidate will have head office experience, be passionate about retail, and have an analytical mindset. Your day may range from writing about customer messaging to analyzing runway to researching the next big TikTok trend.
What You’ll Be Doing As A Fashion & Retail Analyst:
- Own reporting of and providing direction on key consumer moments.
- Analyzing retailers’ messaging strategies to identify trends, shifts, and direction.
- Producing seasonal runway analysis detailing core, commercial, and directional trends.
- Producing category-wide content across menswear, womenswear, and childrenswear.
- Researching the market and identifying emerging/declining trends.
- Using knowledge of what retailers are working on and when to correctly time coverage.
- Using your expertise to collaborate with other analysts on trend reporting and forecasting.
- Using EDITED data accurately and consistently, devising innovative new articles.

- Experience of retailer marketing/or collaborating with marketing.
- Experience in B2B writing.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Experience of using EDITED in a past role.
