For our team we are therefore looking for a Manager Commerce Deployment.
The Manager Commerce Deployment is a key role responsible for acting as the subject matter expert for “Commerce” products, bridging the gap between markets, configuration teams, and product teams. This role is essential in ensuring that deployment projects within the commerce domain are executed smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The purpose of this role is to support market and OC teams in rolling out digital activations, product launches, brochure websites, greenfield deployments, feature activations, and systems migrations.
This postition will lead scoping activities for deployment projects, providing detailed knowledge on related processes, systems, and features. This role involves explaining available features and deployment methods to markets and regions, facilitating business decisions during implementation, and ensuring that market business needs are accurately designed and handed over to product teams for deployment. By managing the end-to-end deployment activities, this role aims to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely deployments.
In addition to technical expertise, you will ensure that configuration teams are well-informed, necessary templates are in place, processes are efficient, and testing is well-prepared. This role requires strong project management and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to manage people and lead cross-functional teams. The position will play a crucial role in driving the successful adoption of commerce solutions across the organization.
You Will
Act as the subject matter expert for “Commerce” products, bridging the gap between markets, configuration teams, and product teams. Provide detailed knowledge on related processes, systems, and features to ensure successful deployments.
Support market and OC teams in the rollout of digital activations, product launches, brochure websites, greenfield deployments, feature activations, and systems migrations. Provide guidance and assistance to ensure smooth and efficient rollouts.
Lead scoping activities for deployment projects within the commerce domain. Explain current available features and deployment methods to markets and regions, facilitating business decisions during implementation.
Own the design of market business needs within the context of deployment projects. Detail the requirements and hand them over to product teams for deployment, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and implemented.
Ensure that end-to-end deployment activities within the commerce domain are smooth, high-quality, low-cost, and on time. Oversee all aspects of the deployment process to ensure successful outcomes.
Ensure that configuration & testing teams are well-informed, necessary templates are in place, processes are efficient, and testing is well-prepared. Provide support and guidance to teams as needed.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and address any challenges during the deployment process. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all relevant parties.
Provide regular status reporting and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure that project management teams, market management teams, and program boards are kept informed of progress and any potential challenges.
We’re Looking For Someone With
Expert Level Knowledge on Commerce: Deep understanding of commerce-related processes, systems, and features.
Excellent Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
Strong skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders (OC/region/market)
Demonstrated experience in leading deployment projects
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and cross-functional remote teams.
Extended Experience in SFP Commercial Channels: Relevant experience in commercial channels.
