About our client We are working with a fast-growing business, backed by an impressive PE fund with an ambitious build and build strategy. The business has a well-defined strategy, with an experienced management team and a strong track record in M&A – it is now looking for a Senior M&A Manager to execute the buy and build strategy. With a highly acquisitive roll-up strategy this role will assist in building the business into a market leader within the sector. You will be responsible across the M&A process, reporting to the Head of M&A. This will include developing and implementing processes, executing transactions and helping to manage post-acquisition integration. As a Senior M&A Manager you will play a lead role in managing the successful integration of newly acquired businesses into the group which is a crucial part of the strategy to accelerate growth and future success. The team have a hybrid model, but are regularly based in London, with imminent plans for a permanent office space in London. What the job involves Sourcing and appraising potential acquisition targets through management meetings driving deal flow Leading on all acquisitions and being heavily involved in the value creation post-deal Integrating businesses post-acquisition Who we are looking for 6-10 years of experience of deals likely from within another in-house M&A role, private equity investment role, or corporate finance advisory Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and productively, and thrive in a loosely structured environment Excellent communication skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
