Director Transaction Advisory Services We’re looking for a Director to join our Financial Due Diligence team in London. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support the team by leading on Due Diligence engagements. Undertake highly technical advisory projects under partner supervision. Be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and counseling junior staff. Advise clients on pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues. Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships. Manage and contribute to the development of services for clients. Essential Traits Demonstrable work experience in related accounting or finance fields. Bachelor\’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline, or an MBA. Experience in Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers. CPA certification is strongly preferred. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Flexibility to travel as needed.
