About the Role:
You will…
- Lead change initiatives that enhance organisational performance.
- Develop talent by coaching and supporting individuals to unlock their full potential.
- Design, implement, and evaluate innovative organisational development programmes.
- Collaborate with People Partners to embed a new performance management approach.
- Conduct diagnostics to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate change management processes and enhance acceptance amongst employees.
- Review and improve current coaching and mentoring approaches.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives, providing reports and recommendations.
Key Requirements:
- A recognised qualification in training/coaching or OD at Level 3 or above or equivalent.
- Strong experience in organisational development and learning.
- Excellent facilitation and analytical skills.
- A high level of autonomy with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Passionate about enhancing employee engagement and collaboration.
- A qualified (or equivalent or working towards) practitioner in behavioural instruments (specifically e.g. MBTi, Insights, DISC, Belbin etc.).
