We are seeking a visionary Product Director to lead our Collections & Customer Management division in the UK&I. Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives and market trends in the collections space.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the product portfolio, ensuring competitive differentiation and customer-centric solutions.
  • Oversee a $50 million portfolio, ensuring robust financial performance, cost optimisation, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to set targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and development through to launch, performance optimisation, and eventual retirement.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Leverage industry insights and customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance market positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, sales, compliance, and customer service to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.
  • Act as a key spokesperson and thought leader on collections, representing the company at industry events and in external forums.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering innovation and execution excellence.
