Exciting opening for an accomplished employment partner in Lincolnshire. You will need to have proven and demonstrable experience in a plethora of employment issues, from providing general HR advice and redundancy negotiations to tribunal work, TUPE, collective matters and project advice. Some corporate support will also be necessary.

Your clients will be across a number of sectors including education, agriculture, food, public authorities and family businesses. This role is well suited to an employment partner with an established network in Lincolnshire. There will be responsibilities for business development, marketing, team expansion and department strategy. A following is not required.
