Do you pride yourself in your work, are a Team Player and want to be part of a great Facilities Team within East Sussex County Council? Then this great opportunity is for you. We are looking for a Post Hub Supervisor for a small, very important but busy team who deal with all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries whilst your role will be to provide a focused and dedicated lead for the team.
You will learn to operate the hybrid digital postal hub which we use to send our outgoing post, distribute incoming post to the correct recipient and deal with deliveries but also create reports, update postal portals, liaise with our inter authority users and customers. You will be part of the larger FM team who deal with contractors, security, meeting room set ups, changes and office moves, plus statutory building checks which you will be expected to assist with whilst also supervising the small team within the Postal Hub.

- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and/or external customers.
- Provide timely and accurate information, including investigating issues.
- Provide a hard working, with little supervision, approach to work and adapt and organise accordingly sometimes at very short notice.
- Produce correspondence and reports using Microsoft.
- Comply with GDPR, H&S and other statutory regulations.
- Accurately input data, use databases and spreadsheets and process, retrieve, analyse and cleanse data as necessary.
- Provide technical support and advice in connection with services, operational delivery, and contract performance management.
- Undertake training as required.
