As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you can make a real difference to a person’s life by attending to the small and personal details that really matter. You will provide practical assistance to clients by helping them perform daily tasks whilst enabling them to get back to being independent. You will also be there to provide emotional support to promote client’s health and mental wellbeing.

We are looking for candidates who:
- Has communication skills
- Are caring, Kind and compassionate
- Can accurately record information
- Work well as part of a team
- Are confident at running group activities
