Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Care Manager to work in their elderly care home based near the Waltham Abbey area. This home provides care for dementia and residential residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in an elderly care home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and working within a leadership post in a care home setting such as a Deputy Manager for over 2 years.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience as Deputy Manager or Care Manager
- Previous Care Home experience
- Elderly/Dementia experience
- Genuine passion for elderly care
Interview Process:
There is a 2 stage interview process:
- Stage 1 - Interview with the Home Manager
- Stage 2 - Formal interview with Home Manager & Operations Manager

This role is based near the Waltham Abbey area and is easily commutable from Epping, Chingford, Wanstead, Chadwell Heath, Romford, Cheshunt, Enfield, Potters Bar, Barnet, Borehamwood and Cuffley.
