This role pays a competitive salary of £38,000 but negotiable depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:- Able to handle high caseload in Civil Litigation from start to completion.
- Assist in the firm’s marketing plans in general, and particularly in relation to dispute resolution.
- Draft documents and correspondence tailored to the clients’ individual needs.
- Give advice to clients on the law and legal disputes relating to their case.
- 3 years PQE in Civil Litigation with a strong knowledge in Dispute resolution.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage litigated cases from issue of proceedings to trial.
