We are currently working with a Top 10 UK accountancy firm looking to expand its national Employer Solutions team with the appointment of an Employment Tax Associate Director. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded national team of over 100 specialists providing expert support across domestic employment tax, global mobility, and reward/share plans. Clients range from FTSE 100 businesses and large multinationals to founder-led, fast-growth companies and private equity-backed groups.

As an Associate Director, you will:

  • Lead delivery of complex employment tax advisory services across areas such as employment status, IR35, national minimum wage, and payrolling of benefits
  • Manage relationships with a wide portfolio of clients, including large corporates and fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a culture of inclusion and continuous learning
  • Support in winning new work through proposals, networking, and relationship-building

What you'll need to succeed:

  • ATT / CTA qualified or equivalent, or qualified by experience
  • Strong UK employment tax technical knowledge, including experience in areas such as off-payroll working, expenses and benefits, and employment tax risk management
  • Some understanding of global mobility is beneficial
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead advisory projects
