We are seeking a Senior Account Director with a strong passion for consumer brands and the expertise to drive success across a variety of consumer accounts.
- Ensuring the wider team monitors your client’s industry and reports on significant news.
- Growing your client relationships by providing regular consultancy – become their go-to and first point of contact by providing clear counsel.
- When relevant, be confident and articulate in challenging client opinions and presenting well-informed alternative suggestions.
- Overseeing the team in delivering all client reporting on time (daily, weekly, quarterly), error-free and reviewing these processes when necessary.
- Confidently update client on all areas of activity, ensuring the wider team is prepped with the relevant details.
- Contributing to monthly company meetings, presenting recent teamwork/successes.
- Producing industry-relevant decks and presenting them back to the agency.
- Counseling the client as to the impact of wider news agenda on planned campaign timings.
- Managing client shoots, events and campaigns - including liaison with creative team and management of budget and suppliers.
- Leading on client meetings and giving wider team clear ownership over specific areas.
- Full responsibility of budget trackers and invoice processing.

- Highly organised and brilliant attention to detail.
- Good time management skills and ability to work across multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to oversee and progress client activity, including managing multiple team members.
- Effective client counsel and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage team resourcing and flag any issues in advance.
- Ability to manage senior client liaison.
