We are seeking a Family Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive with over 2 years PQE to join the family legal team of this high street firm situated in Stony Stratford. The firm prides itself on delivering exceptional legal services to our clients and fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment for our team.

The role involves advising and representing clients in family law matters, including divorces, children, finance, and consent orders. Additional responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing case files, and conducting legal research. The solicitor or legal executive will also be required to liaise with clients, counsel and attend court hearings, and provide professional legal advice to ensure excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients.
  • Draft and review legal documents.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in family law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
