The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We need highly motivated Relief Recovery Support Workers who are looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work with individuals with mental health needs in Leicester and Leicestershire. You will be delivering individualised support in a supported living setting, across 7 services with over 100 service users in Leicester and Leicestershire. You will be kind, attentive and responsive to individual needs and preferences. You will have a passion for promoting active involvement whilst offering respect and unconditional positive regard for the people you support. You will work creatively to promote community links, confidence and independence in daily living and have an empathetic and solution focused approach.

We provide support in the following areas of Leicester and Leicestershire:

  • Saffron Lane
  • Wigston and South Wigston
  • Hinckley
  • Loughborough
  • Community based support in different locations

We welcome applications from graduates, people with life skills and people with social care experience. An understanding of the recovery model is desirable but not essential. Experience of providing care, support or other services to people with support needs is essential for this role and you will be paid on a weekly basis. A UK driving license is preferred but not essential.
