Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Location: Streatham (Hybrid - 2 days WFH)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing a substantial caseload of residential transactions from start to finish working as a fee earner, ensuring smooth and efficient completions, admin support will be provided. Your duties will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, leasehold, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and new builds
  • Checking contract documentation, mortgage offers, and search results
  • Handling legal enquiries and resolving client queries
  • Managing exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
  • Working proactively to meet deadlines and provide exceptional client service

  • Experience as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Solicitor handling your own caseload
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
