Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing a substantial caseload of residential transactions from start to finish working as a fee earner, ensuring smooth and efficient completions, admin support will be provided. Your duties will include:
- Managing a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, leasehold, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and new builds
- Checking contract documentation, mortgage offers, and search results
- Handling legal enquiries and resolving client queries
- Managing exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
- Working proactively to meet deadlines and provide exceptional client service
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Solicitor handling your own caseload
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
