Full job description As a Food & Beverage Service Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, preparing food and drinks with precision, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Your role is vital in ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile and a craving to return! Key Responsibilities Customer Service: * Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service. * Assist guests with menu choices, answer questions, and make recommendations. * Handle transactions accurately using the POS system. * Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Food & Beverage Preparation: * Prepare and serve specialty drinks including coffee, bubble tea, smoothies, and fresh juices. * Make and assemble chimney cakes, açaí bowls, and ice cream creations according to company standards. * Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. * Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Store Maintenance & Cleanliness: * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining and prep areas. * Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation. * Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management. * Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained properly. Teamwork & Operations: * Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service. * Follow company policies, including uniform and hygiene standards. * Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Work Schedule & Expectations: * Flexible shifts available (morning, afternoon, evening, weekends). * Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment. * Availability for holidays and peak hours is a plus. Qualifications & Skills: * Passion for food, beverages, and customer service. * Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. * Basic knowledge of food handling and safety (training provided). * Prior experience in food service, coffee shops, or dessert cafés is a plus but not required.
