Mission: L'Hotel Mercure Notre Dame, 28 avenue Notre Dame, 06000 Nice, avec ses 198 chambres, au plein coeur de Nice, jardin privatif, piscine sur toit et Bar rooftop BELLA CIELA, cherche ses CDD : 35h/semaine à partir de avril 2025, 30h/semaine à partir de mai 2025.

Vous serez le responsable de l'approvisionnement de tous les produits alimentaires de votre poste de travail, de la production culinaire et de leur conservation, de l'application des normes d'hygiène et de la satisfaction de la clientèle en restauration; de la mise en place nécessaire à la réalisation des plats. Vous donnerez un coup de main au service en salle et terrasses si besoin.
Activité principale :
- Garantir la qualité constante des produits fabriqués
- Participer à l'atteinte des objectifs en termes de qualité et de coûts des produits servis
- Appliquer les règles et procédures d'hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur dans les restaurants/bar
- Contrôler l'application des procédures HACCP
- Veiller à la propreté de la cuisine, à l'état de l'équipement et du matériel utilisé
- Gérer l'approvisionnement des marchandises
