GRP Laminator – Aldridge – Temp to Perm BCS Connect Are you an experienced GRP Laminator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We have a fantastic role available in Aldridge, offering a temporary-to-permanent position with excellent working hours and the chance to earn overtime. What’s in it for you? – £12.50-£13 per hour – Monday to Thursday – 6:30 am – 4:45 pm (39 hrs paid) – Overtime available – Temp-to-perm opportunity Your role as a GRP Laminator: As a GRP Laminator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality fibreglass components using hand lay-up and gel coat techniques. Your daily tasks will include: – Preparing moulds and applying release agents – Hand laminating fibreglass materials with precision – Mixing and applying gel coats to moulded surfaces – Trimming, finishing, and assembling components – Ensuring quality control and maintaining a tidy work environment – Working to strict safety and production standards What we’re looking for: – Previous experience as a GRP Laminator or within fibreglass manufacturing – Knowledge of hand lay-up and gel coat applications – Good attention to detail and ability to work independently – Commitment to health and safety standards This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role in a growing company.
