The Team
The Investment & Accountability (I&A) team is a key pillar within Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), responsible for ensuring media productivity commitments for global clients. The team works across all media channels, including TV, digital, social, print, and out-of-home, and collaborates closely with local Publicis offices worldwide, client procurement teams, and media auditors. Their role is crucial in delivering cost efficiencies, quality ad placements, and strong ROI, which directly impacts both client relationships and agency revenue.
The Role
Join us as Senior Investment Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in global media investment and accountability. Working with major international clients, you will ensure media buying efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ROI, while managing high-profile audits and new business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee media buying performance across all channels—TV, Digital, Social, OOH, Print, and more—ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
- Manage global accountability programs, collaborating with clients, procurement teams, and media auditors to optimize media investment.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high standards in reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to new business pitches, pricing strategies, and global trading agreements, helping Publicis win and retain top clients.
- Work closely with senior global leadership, gaining exposure to key decision-makers and shaping the agency’s commercial success.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in media investment, buying, auditing, or media sales.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across global markets.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a deep understanding of media trading metrics, auditing methodologies, and performance KPIs.
